What are the Pros and Cons?
This is not a typical cookie cutter type reviews with 5 points pros and 3 point cons which you can see everywhere on the internet. See, I have already told you that Tom’s program worked for me and 100’s of 1000’s of people across the world. BTF is not a diet program, it’s a complete system to transform your fat body into fit body – and most importantly keep it for life.
Listen folks, weight loss is hard work and weight management requires some sacrifice in your lifestyle. Weekly once I & my family do vegan diet; I eat only veggies and fruits on vegan day and drink protein shake. If I had social dinner (I can stuff 1500-2000 calories easily!)
